By using UyMart, you agree to these terms and any additional policies, guidelines, or notices we make available to you. If you do not agree, you should not use the marketplace or create an account.

These terms are intended to work together with the privacy policy, return policy, seller policies, shipping details, and any order-specific disclosures presented before you complete checkout.

You are responsible for providing accurate account information, keeping your password secure, protecting access to your device, and keeping your profile details current. You may not use another person’s account without permission or attempt to bypass security measures.

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we believe an account is involved in fraud, abuse, chargeback abuse, automated scraping, credential misuse, unlawful activity, or repeated policy violations.

UyMart operates a marketplace that connects shoppers and sellers. Unless a listing or checkout disclosure says otherwise, sellers are responsible for the products they offer, their descriptions, compliance with applicable law, and their fulfillment obligations.

We may review, remove, restrict, or re-rank listings if we believe they are misleading, incomplete, unsafe, prohibited, unlawful, or inconsistent with our marketplace standards.

We work to display accurate product details, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, prices, stock levels, promotions, or delivery estimates will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Prices and availability may change at any time before an order is accepted. If we identify a pricing error, a stock issue, or an obvious listing mistake, we may cancel or correct the order to the extent permitted by law and our policies.

When you submit an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate, that you are authorized to use the selected payment method, and that you understand the order may still be subject to acceptance, review, or cancellation.

Shipping methods, delivery estimates, taxes, duties, fees, and return availability may vary by item, seller, and destination. The final terms shown at checkout or in the order confirmation generally control the transaction unless a mandatory legal rule says otherwise.

Payment providers may impose their own terms, verification steps, or refund processing timelines. A charge appearing on your statement may not immediately mean the order is final if the payment is still being authorized, captured, or adjusted.

Orders, cancellations, returns, exchanges, and refunds are handled under the return policy and any special order conditions shown at checkout or in a seller’s listing. Some items may not be returnable or may be subject to restocking or inspection requirements.

If you submit a cancellation or return request, we may still need to review the request, verify the item condition, and confirm whether the request meets the rules that apply to that product and jurisdiction.

You must not misuse the marketplace, upload malicious code, scrape data at scale without permission, interfere with checkout or security controls, manipulate reviews or ratings, impersonate others, or use the service to conduct unlawful activity.

Any attempt to abuse onboarding, identity checks, promotions, refunds, or chargeback processes may result in restriction, removal, or reporting where appropriate.

UyMart, the site design, software, logos, and original content are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reverse engineer, or reuse protected materials except as allowed by law or a separate written license.

If you submit reviews, listings, photos, comments, or other content, you grant us the right to display, host, reproduce, and use that content in connection with operating and promoting the marketplace, subject to applicable law and your account settings.

We may change or discontinue features, pricing, access, or service availability at any time. The marketplace is provided on an as-available basis, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that every feature will be available everywhere.

To the extent permitted by law, UyMart disclaims warranties that cannot be waived and limits liability for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from normal use, outages, or third-party failures.

These terms are intended to be interpreted under the law that applies to the place where UyMart operates or the jurisdiction otherwise identified in an order-specific notice, to the extent legally permitted.
