General return rules

Returns are generally accepted for most new, unused items within 7 days of delivery when the product is in original condition and includes the original packaging, accessories, manuals, and included documentation.

Some categories may have shorter windows, special handling requirements, or no-return rules. Those exceptions may include digital products, gift cards, hygiene-sensitive products, customized goods, final-sale items, hazardous materials, or items specifically marked non-returnable.

How to request a return

Go to your account order history, open the order, select the item, and choose the return option if it is available. If a return request cannot be completed in the app, contact support with the order number, seller name, and the reason for the request.

After the request is reviewed, we may provide a return authorization, shipping label, packing instructions, or replacement steps depending on the item and the issue reported.

Condition and inspection requirements

Items should be returned in a condition that allows inspection and, when applicable, resale. That usually means the item is unused or lightly handled for inspection only, clean, and accompanied by all original parts and packaging.

If an item shows damage, missing parts, wear beyond reasonable inspection, tampering, or missing packaging that was required for the return, the refund may be reduced, denied, or adjusted based on the item type, seller policy, and applicable law.

Refunds, credits, and timing

Refunds are typically issued after the returned item is received and inspected, or after a replacement request is approved when a replacement is the selected remedy. The exact timing depends on the payment method, banking network, and issuer processing times.

Depending on the original payment method, the refund may appear as a reversal, card credit, wallet credit, store credit, or other permitted payment adjustment. Original shipping charges, duties, or fees may be non-refundable unless required by law or expressly stated otherwise.

Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us as soon as possible and include clear photos, the order number, and a short description of the issue. Prompt reporting helps us review the claim quickly and fairly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, partial refund, full refund, return label, seller review, or another remedy that complies with the listing terms and applicable law.

Return shipping, fees, and misuse

In some cases, the buyer may be responsible for return shipping, and in other cases the seller or UyMart may cover the cost. The party responsible can depend on the reason for the return, the item type, seller settings, and any applicable consumer law.
